I bought a used VW last year and I still love it. Wesley Brown was very good to deal with, along with Alex and Crystal. I will be back!! Great Service!

-- I bought over my leased Tiguan. After installation of rust control device it was handed to me in pretty dirty shape (cut out wires , mats spread over and shoes dirt on the floor. My expectation was to have a neat clean car like you would buy from any dealership. -- I sent it for 60K maintenance, asked for courtesy ride it was not available and no taxi vouchers etc. were offered. -- There was an engine light on at 60K maintenance, no one addressed the issue and told me that the car is ready for pickup with still the engine light on. -- They just don't value their customers.

Best service department around. Refused to buy my vehicle here due to arrogant sales team in 2014. Things may have changed since.

Kind, professional, and timely service today. I came in with a flat tire. Even though this is not my home dealership, they had the tire I needed in stock, and helped me get back on the road asap. They clearly cared about my safety and made sure everything was in tact for my long drive to work tomorrow. No hidden costs, everything was outlined and discussed upfront. I appreciate the great service! Thank you!
