It was the first time I went to the Kingston Nissan. I found all people who worked there were very welcoming and friendly people. It was feeling at home! Specially Mr. Theo Mugabo was one of the best people with the best customer service which I met in the Kingston Nissan. He helped us to make a decision to buy a car with fantastic information. He is very knowledgeable, trust able and kind person to support customers. Thanks Theo.

Service was great and quick. Spencer was especially helpful. Jan 8, 2019 Update: After 5 years of owning my rogue I was told that free oil changes “for life” are over unless you get additional service (ie. buy something else). The receptionist informed me that this had always been a rule however it is only now being enforced. I don’t believe this is in any way acting in good faith, particularly when free oil changes was advertised and pushed so heavily when I bought my car. I’m currently on my second Nissan (my parents have purchased two and my husband has one as well). I won’t be shopping there again.

In the process of buying our new vehicle we found that Nissan Kingston was a very pleasant experience. Our sales rep, Mick displayed a professional knowledge of the vehicle and a gregarious, easy going, no pressure presentation. This along with the vehicle performance and the professional courtesy shown by James and Christian in the completion of sales documentation gave this dealership a 5 star rating. We will recommend Kingston Nissan to our friends.

Excellent sales rep Hunter! Excellent business manager, James, who clearly explained all of the options to us. We bought a new car, our first Nissan. Unfortunately the detailing department left some sticker glue on the door and rear light. Overall, the sales experience really made up for the lazy detailing. I would recommend Kingston if you are looking for a Nissan.

I purchased the $99.00 oil change for life package. I was just told I had to get work done, “maybe get a tire rotation or some other work that has a billable component” for my oil change agreement to be honoured. Please do not quote me the agreement as I have read it. You are simply breaking the terms of the agreement. This is nothing more than a money grab. You should be ashamed of your underhanded business ethics (or lack thereof).
