I can't say enough about the service department at this Volvo dealership. I have used them for 12 years now to look after our Volvo, which was bought used from the same dealership. They have always given me sage advice on what to fix and how much it will cost. They never give up on a tough issue and never, ever milk a repair. Thanks Robert and John!

Working with Al and John reminds me of their dad. You get accurate information - no spin - you feel you are working with facts you can trust.

Extremely helpful with no pressure. I dealt will Al Vanherpt and he was great. Didn't end up buying but would have if the car was what I wanted.

My wife and I have owned 3 Volvos - mostly older, high mileage models -over the past 12 years. We've been taking them to Van Herpt Volvo and have always been very happy with their service department. John and Robert are honest, fair and kind. We are very confident driving cars with high mileage knowing that they are being well taken care of by the team at Van Herpt.

We went looking for a used SUV and found one at Van Herpt Motors (Volvo). John Usher looked after us. He is a Volvo connoisseur. Very friendly and knowledgeable, he worked with us to get the best possible deal for our trade in. We love our 2016 XC60. When we went to pick up the SUV we met Ed Van Herpt. He took us through our car and explained all the buttons. Between John and Ed no question was unanswered. A pleasant car buying experience. Thank you!
