Automaxx is one of the best places for service in Kingston that I've gone to so far. They're family run and have amazing customer service. Everyone is very friendly and answers all your questions with a lot of detail. They explained what was happening with my car and fit me in in a timely manner even though I came to them very last minute. Would recommend bringing your car there!

I have had my vehicle serviced here many times. Recently they charged me a lot when I hadn't agreed or been quoted and they didn't seem to do anything. I don't think I'll be back. I have had better experiences with COSME auto

We brought our van here multiple times. They did not do good work and did not seem honest. We won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend it.

I would NOT ever go there again, paid 2300 for straight piping my 2016 Merc GLA, over 1800 of labour cost for 10 hours of work... I forgot to ask what’s their hourly labour rate, 180 per hour??? And then they charged me the rest for some Canadian Tire quanlity piping and a magnaflow straight through muffler. Fine, I would leave 2 stars if at least the work was done properly. Nope, exhaust was leaking and the welding rusted a few weeks afterwards. I went to eurocharged Canada in Mississauga, and they quoted me 1000 top for the work with 304 stainless steel pipes. Oh I forgot to mention, I brought my own agency power downpipe and midpipe there, even though the mid pipe needed some customization, I just don’t get how it took them a day and a half, and a cost of 1800 in labour. I must be a fool to pay 2300 for straight piping my car with my own downpipe and midpipe. For serious tuning needs, you best bet is to find a decent tuning shop in GTA like eurocharged, these small shops around here will only rip you off anywhere they can when they see you drive a nice car. Also, don’t go to a shop if they can’t tell you roughly how much it will cost to get the job done. Chances are they either have no clue or they will take their sweet time to rip you off with ridiculous labour rates.
