By far the best service I've ever had regarding my vehicle. Super informative and clear communication. They took the time to show me the issue/damage to my car so I better understood the repairs that were done. Not to mention, I've had to get several alignments done on my vehicle in the past. After the alignment was done here it never felt better on the road ! Everything is reasonably prices and they don't try and up sell you. Def reccomend!

Thank you Ryan Schell, It was great dealing with you on my recent purchase of the 2018 Buick Encore. You were honest and very professional. You listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I had looked at several vehicles at other companies, but you were able to put together a deal I was confident about. I felt you were honest and worked hard to earn my trust and business. I'm so glad I was able to deal locally. I look forward to bringing my car into the dealership for routine service and maintenance. On a side note the GM car mats for the Buick are excellent.”

Ryan Schell was very informative and not pushy. He was definitely ensuring we purchased the vehicle that fulfilled our needs. All of the managers we spoke to were great. Will definitely buy our next vehicle though Ernie Dean's dealership!

Great dealing with the staff at Ernie Dean! Keith was friendly, knowledgeable and informative, he found us the exact truck we wanted. Best truck buying experience at a dealership we have ever had. We highly recommend them!

We have been leasing a Buick Encore for a year and half now. Jim Stewart got us out of a tricky situation with a vehicle we had financed from another dealership and we couldn't be happier. Most recently we had an issue with a snow tire change over appointment and the service department went above and beyond to rectify the situation by picking up the vehicle at our house and bringing it back after service so my wife and newborn daughter didn't have to wait at the dealership, and by covering the cost of the maintenance due to our initial inconvenience. We're very impressed and will definitely be going back to Ernie Dean for our next vehicle purchase and all vehicle service!
