I’ve just purchased my second car here, after having a terrible experience elsewhere buying my first (also used) car. The service and help at Coates Fine Cars is great. Not only was Graham friendly, but was honest and so so helpful. I really appreciated his check-ins with me the week leading up to picking my car up, and the reassurance I’ve received every step of the way that they’re there to help. He really took his time to make sure I was familiar with the car before I made my decision and helped to show me how to use mostly everything before I drove off. Definitely would recommend!!

Recently bought a used car from this dealership, great price and honest sales right out of the gate. About as painless as you could hope for in a car shopping experience! Graham was a pleasure to deal with and was very upfront about a few insurance claims the vehicle had made on it previously. Thanks to Fred for giving me a ride from the GO station back to the dealership so I could drive the car home! Only thing I can think of for improvement is that their website could use some work.

Great, very friendly service and quick repair times. Bought 2 cars from them and the service was very helpful. Repairs are also very quick and done with care. Would definitely reccomend.

Would definitely recommend Coates. My daughter bought her first car here. Dan actually took the time to show her all the functions and luxuries of her new to her car. Thank you again. Will definetly but from here again

Great service and friendly staff! I took my car here to have the brake pads and rotors replaced. Not only was the price half of what I had been quoted at Midas, I was served faster and treated like a long-time customer. The mechanic, Rob, explained exactly what he would be doing and why.
