The guys at McMullen Auto were very nice and Professional. My wife brought her car there to mount her winter tires and felt that she was treated very nice. She wasn't talked down to like many Mechanics do to women. She has said that she feels very comfortable to bring her car back there whenever she would need their services.

Great place 👍🏻

Very unsatisfied with the service presented to me at this auto shop. I was recommended to go here thinking that it was the original owners that were running the place. I'm a student and was looking to buy my first car to commute. I saw that they had a Chevy equinox with great mileage for a good price, no doubts there. I purchased the car at the end of June for a little over 12000 dollars. When I received it it had almost been out of gas, and they own the petro gas station right around the corner! so the fact that they didn't think to accommodate their buyers in this way is ridiculous. I also found out later I had little to no windshield washer fluid at all. In my glove box they had left a paint pen that they used to cover up a scratch on the passenger door! My air filters were so clogged it was spittting out muck all over my windshield. At the beginning of august my engine light came on. I contacted the seller asking if they would just have their shop take a look at it and he refused to service my vehicle. the owner said that the finance company ( that they insisted I had to deal with) should have offered me an extended warranty, after I physically had to drive to Vaughn and sign the papers, there was no mention of it. Anyways after having my vehicle assessed by meineke in alliston the repairs came to almost $900. Then I contacted OMVIC and was advised to write a letter of complaint, so I did. The letter I received back was an absolute joke. They didn't even spell their businesses name correctly, and told me that "we cannot do regular maintenance for all customers for ever" and then offered to have their shop look at my vehicle. They finished with saying "we have been in the business for 20 years in Toronto and never had any unhappy customers and we are not supposed to pay you anything you have to do the regular maintenance" yours truly ! So nothing came out of this other than a costly repair! THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED save yourself the money and go somewhere else!
