I was and still am very happy with the vehicle I got from Blue Mountain Honda! Tony and his team went above and beyond in many ways and made sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. The whole team was just exceptional! This was my first time dealing with Blue Mountain Honda's team and I'll come back for my next Honda. Thanks again team for the amazing experience!

Thanks to Matt Baxter of Blue Mountain Honda. We bought a used 2016 HRV from him a few weeks back and, as promised it's a great car. Matt was great to work with and we never felt any aggressive sales pressure that can sometimes creep into car purchases. Thanks again Matt!

This was a positive experience. The staff made every effort to accommodate my requests and requirements. Things went very smoothly. I've been very happy with the vehicle so far.

On November 8, 2018 my wife was driving her brand new 2018 Ridgeline into work. She called me and told me that the dashboard lights were on after trying to pass another vehicle. I contacted BlueMountain honda and was told if the lights stay on bring the vehicle in right away I need to have a look at it .I asked my wife the next morning how the vehicle was on her way home she said the lights have gone out. At that time on 8 November I made an appointment at Blue Mountain Honda, The earliest date vehicle forget check was 24 .On 15 November it happened again. She was close to barrie so I took it to Barrie honda and they turned her away and said they could not look at it at that time. Saturday the 17th my son had to work in Callingwood so my wife stopped in with the truck at BlueMountain honda and they also turn her away. Each time the problem was brought up to somebody at the service desk either in Collingwood or Barrie she was told not to drive the truck. Finally on the 24th when the truck was taken to Collingwood first of all I had it down for B service ,that was never discussed on the phone, and I waited for three hours to have someone tell me there was something wrong with it I had to drive the truck home as there was no rental available for me on that day. I know Honda dealerships do not like honda associates but the problem should’ve been addressed either in Collingwood or barrie right then an there. Very disappointed in how this was handled .

I had a radio reset issue and called the service centre last minute. They were able to fit me in and fixed the issue with no charge. The staff were polite and very friendly. Thank you for your help!
