Absolutely and without a doubt the worst customer service you could expect to get in Owen Sound. If you ever want to be lied to just go in and talk to them. They'll take your money, order your stuff, say that they'll call you when it's in, and never do so. They must be offering discounts to people for writing positive reviews here because no one I've spoke over the years would give them five stars. It's a shame too because it's owned by a good person. How some of the employees have been there as long as they have I will never understand.

This is my wife's account but I need to share the great experience I had at Fox Harley. I was on a bike trip from Saskatchewan and had some trouble with my bike. I stopped at Fox Harley to have them check it out. Within 2 minutes a mechanic came out to listen to my bike, diagnosed the problem immediately and said it was a 3 1/2 hour job to fix. They had the parts needed and even though their shop was full, 2 mechanics worked until 8 pm to get my bike back on the road for the next morning. All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I have tried to order some small inexpensive parts for my Harley. Seems they are too busy to care or don't bother with small orders to please a customer. I have waited over 2 weeks for a call back for rear turn signal lenses that I have called twice about. Of course they only cost $5 so they won't go out of their way. Unfortunately I am a local and they have lost all my business. You Suck! >>>>>10 minutes after I posted the previous, I received a phone call informing me that they had my part in and apologized for the delay. I went in to get the part and they did me a solid favor (I guess for my troubles). I am not changing my rating but they at least made it up to me and demonstrated that they do care. Good for you Fox Harley apology accepted.

I had this store recommended to me by a friend who rants and raves about how great Fox is. I had the same experience and will never go to another Harley store ever again. Worth the ride for sure.
