I've been a customer since the 1980's and consistently, these folks epitomize "customer service". When it comes to acquiring a vehicle, they have solutions; they fully understand their products and how that relates to your needs and expectations. I've never been an under-informed buyer. The post-sales support is outstanding! The service folks make it easy to keep your vehicle in top notch shape, not only performing routine activities but assessing those things that "wear" and providing a predictive analysis to assist with my planning for future maintenance. If you're a customer of Reliable, you're really treated like family.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Ford Escape from Reliable Ford. Justine was patient, took the time to find out what I wanted and found us the perfect vehicle for our wants & needs. I would highly recommend Justine and Reliable Ford if you are looking for a new vehicle (and for Service!). Thanks again Justine!

Third truck I have purchased from this dealership. I won't go anywhere else. Service department is amazing and never disappoints. Justine walked me through my insurance claim and was super patient in finding me the right vehicle.
