I bought my car 2 years ago and my boyfriend bought his a year before. We were satisfied with the sales man and how they were able to help with what we could do within our budget. After a year of having my car I started to notice problems. When I went to the service department they were great and we truly thought the service was wonderful. Went in for an oil change and it was free because that is what they offer after so many times you go there. I sat there for 3 hours and never saw the car go into the shop and I couldn’t wait any longer, so I decided to leave and the man at the desk then tells me that my car is ready (what a coincidence). Plus, both our cars started to have more issues. Also, they say they only offer walk-ins and no appointments. They really do emphasize how they only do walk-ins... My boyfriend went to wright’s service department to get his tires swapped. Just before they opened and they told him there wasn’t anything available today and tomorrow. I could understand that today would be a bit of challenge, but to say that you offer walk-ins ONLY and tell us to come back next week is ridiculous. We’ve just been disappointed with the Wright’s auto in general and we will never recommend it to friends or family to get there cars there. What they advertise, is not what they mean.

I have been pleasantly surprised by my experience there as I assisted a friend of mine buying a used car. Originally my friend who has difficulty with the English language as she is an international student went in with another international student and selected a car which was too old and too high kilometers on it and also made noises when it was rolling. This Disturbed me quite a lot and I decided we would go back and either get out of the deal or make a better deal with a more reasonable used car that wouldn't be constantly failing and a money-pit. We ended up dealing with the sales manager Ryan, who turned out to be a great guy, and after explaining the situation he agreed to help us find a more reasonable younger car in better condition for my friend. We looked at and drove several cars of the style my friend was interested in. When we ran out of that model I asked Ryan if they were any other models similar that he could recommend that we may be more what we were looking for in terms of age and condition. He said yes and brought a car up which looked really good at first sight. We drove it and my friend loved it. It was decided to go with this one. In the end the inspection and preparation of the car seemed excellent. All the brakes rotors and drum parts were replaced 100%, a new headlight assembly was installed, a windshield chip repair and paint touch-ups we're done where they were chips in the front and a full buffing of the vehicle. Ryan indicated they do a 167 point inspection on all their cars. Although I didn't expect the experience to go as well as it did, it was gratifying for both of us that it did. At the outset Ryan did agree that if we wanted to walk away he would refund the deposit as well. But, trying to get a reasonable car for my friend and still try to keep the sale in place at Wright, we decided to look at additional vehicles. The delivery process was smooth and useful. The sales person sat in the car with my friend and demonstrated many of the features and how they worked.

Got my car with Wright's, and they have been servicing me ever since. Once or twice I occasionally end up at other shops, but even after moving to Toronto I find Wright's to be reliable, honest and quick. Miss their weekend hours though!

Clint was beyond helpful when purchasing my Honda civic, not once did he seem like a salesman, but a friend instead. He made me and my wife feel like home, and aloud us to test drive several vehicles and was truly honest, about the pros and cons, of each vehicle. When dealing with financing, there was not a single issue, and everything went very smooth. I thought the tires on the vehicle we purchased could use replacing. They passed inspection, and when I mentioned I would like new tires, they simply said here are new winter tires instead, in which I was very pleased with. Great service and one month I am loving my car. Thank you all for a great experience.
