No 167 point inspection was ever done on my vehicle. If it was done you would clearly see that the tires barely passed safety. There was a knocking sound in the steering. Turns out it was the intermediate shaft and steering column. No real willingness to help. Sales associate would never answer his phone. Paid for a $399 detail package which I never agreed too. Car was rushed through safety to deliver to me. Price paid was top dollar. Too much. They told me they were selling me a very good car. Will never deal with them again. Do not recommend this dealership. I can not believe their reviews. Must be fudged or compensated customers to give good reviews.

Would never buy a vehicle from these guys. Bad experience. They claim to have the best reputation. This is simply not true given my personal experience. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great place, great service, and great prices. i had no issues with my experience at most wanted cars; i highly recommend this dealership. The salesman Brian was very patient and helpful when i was looking and test driving different cars. i recommend Brian as hes genuinely a good person, he was great at communicating and very helpful.

I have a crazy experience here! The collection is quite good here. I have reserved a car and paid a deposit and singed a paper(unofficial doc I believe as I did not receive a copy of signed document). But in next 12 business hours I cancelled it because the car repot was not clear and I was not satisfied by the answer they provided. Mean while they got the vehicle registered on me. I requested them to cancel the deal and I will come back to collect the deposit. I got stuck with work and was not able to go back for more than 10 days. When I went there and spoke with the owner, he said he is good enough to refund the deposit partially as it costed him to get the car registered on my name(in 12hrs). I politely asked him that I did not sign any official document(politely). He was furious stating that I questioned him beyond his generous offer and warned my by saying you will be receiving a notice from our lawyer, everything is under surveillance. I told him I just asked you not questioned anything in the best possible polite way. And later her gave me the registered plate with 50% of my deposit back. And asked me to return the plates at the government office and said I would get some minimum amount back on it. It all happened as I signed a paper. Think twice before singing and committing.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Purchased a 2013 Subaru Impreza a couple months ago. They seem very genuine upfront and act like they will work with you until you leave their lot. Several days after purchasing the car I had a wheel bearing fail. A week after that the blower motor failed. I figured maybe it’s just bad luck and went ahead and replaced them. Now the AC compressor that they supposedly replace (and charged me for) has failed. Upon further investigation they seem to have not even replaced it. Instead they bled some of the charge off and hoped I wouldn’t notice. I will be in contact with them about this and will update the review if necessary. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM MOST WANTED. UPDATE: I was in contact with the dealer and they are looking into the issue and will address it. If they make it right I will re rate, other then the issues with the car I’m happy with the customer service so far, especially Walter’s ability to take calls on his days off.
