Back in August my partner and I went into crosstown hoping to find a Chevy Spark. After talking to Justen a bit and finding out they didn't have any currently on the lot, he offered us a bunch of options that would fulfill our desire for a smaller hatchback car. After test driving the 2018 RS Chevy Sonic, we realized that Justen was correct with his suggestions and we purchased our new car that very day. Justen was even so kind as to wait until after closing hours to complete the sale since my partner got a business call midway through our conversation. It's now been 4+ months since our purchase and we still couldn't be happier with the car. Justen really made what I expected to be a stressful process very approachable and fun! He listened to what we needed from a car and came through for us. The rest of the staff that aided in our purchase and financing setup were amazing as well. You won't find us buying a car from anywhere but here in the future, that's for sure!

My experience at Crosstown was nothing but the best! Sheri Went above and beyond all expectations during my purchase process and I was able to drive my new truck off the lot the same day as the purchase! Sheri had walked me through all the details of the truck step by step and was very professional. I would highly recommend Sheri and Crosstown Chev to anybody in the market! Great prices and great deals! Very happy and will be returning to crosstown in future years for business!

I always get great service at Crosstown. One of the reasons I bought a vehicle there was because I had heard and researched that their customer service is superior as that was very important to me when choosing a dealership. It has now been 7 years and I have always been satisfied with the service. I often get John Katerynuk as my service representative and he is always kind, pleasant and helpful with my visits and goes above and beyond. All the service people have been pleasant as well and I am appreciative of the shuttle service too.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my very first truck at Crosstown with Sheri Rousseau. Sheri went above and beyond to find the perfect truck for my needs. I can't say enough about the great service I received from Sheri Rousseau. This is the first truck I have purchased and am looking forward to dealing with Sheri in the future.
