Very impressed with our sales person, John, and our finance worker, Steve. These men were wonderful and not pushy at all. I really appreciated all the help today. ☺️

Currently I've only visited to treat drive potential buys, but I was treated quite nicely by the pleasant staff in the Used Car building. I'll certainly consider them when I finally decide on a new car.

Brought in my car to get a rear brake service and replace the front pad rotors and shims. I was told that my brakes were metal on metal. I asked to speak to the mechanic and he indicated to me that he did not feel that it was safe me to drive to Toronto get it serviced there, since he couldn't be 100% sure that there was enough brake pad left. I went ahead with the service, despite feeling u easy about it. I did not hear metal and metal when driving the vehicle. I asked the service advisor to make a note on my account to keep the parts since I wanted to look at them myself. Looking back, it was a total scam. There was plenty of brake pad left. I could have driven many trips to Toronto before needing to replace my brakes. I do not trust the Laking Toyota service department.

The customer service is amazing and very helpful. Joel is a great salesman and our family would highly recommend him to anyone. Keep up the great work, see you in the fall.

Took vehicle in for its first service/oil change. Service was excellent, they had a longer vehicle for me and the charge was only $65.00. Impressive
