These guys are excellent. We got a great deal on a 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn, very clean and they added some accessories. I dealt with Ramsey , great guy and to deal with. Goes out of his way to make sure your vehicle is top of the line and making sure your happy with the purchase. I would recommend you give them a call if your looking for a vehicle. They would most likely beat any price out there. When I need another vehicle, I will surely purchase it from them.

Absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Beware before committing to buying a car from these guys. UPDATE: I am assuming because of the negative review, Ramsay the owner is now calling many times a day and calling and harassing other family members in order to solicit some sort of response from me . This is now approaching the level of criminal harassment. I may need to get the authorities involved if this harassment continues. FURTHER UPDATE: I find it amusing that you assert that "you have no legal obligation to do so". The condition of the sale and the bill of sale clearly states that the vehicle was to be delivered with all faults, warnings and miscellaneous mechanical issues as noted to be repaired before the sale was final. In order to make sure that the repairs were going to be carried out I had requested a $2500.00 holdback that you agreed to. As it turns out, all the repairs to the vehicle could have been completed in less than a day, as was demonstrated by the BMW Dealer who did the repairs on the vehicle. Ramsey Chaaban of College Auto Group, you have created your own mess in your never ending quest to save money on the repairs. You spent 3 months making promises, you had me drive to private repair shops and your office many times and spending days and countless hours speaking with you about how you were going to repair the vehicle and then never fulfilling your plans. I believe that if it was not for the holdback that you had agreed to, you would never of fulfilled your obligation to repair the vehicle as was originally agreed to. Yes Ramsey Chaaban, you having clearly been harassing my family members and myself by continually calling and asking all sorts of personal questions. As I have stated previously, your actions border on criminal harassment and if it continues it will prompt a response from law enforcement. This sort of behavior is clearly one of a person who should seek out professional help. One more thing, Your fathers statement that he "would make me regret this" could be taken as a threat. Clearly, your business practices and you and your partners way of communicating shows that maybe potential customers need to be wary before considering a purchase from you. All I did is give you a two sentence review based on my experience with you, your reply clearly shows your mental state. Be happy that I paid you 100% of the agreed purchase price. Do yourself and your company a favor and let it go. If you cannot accept a negative review, you should think of doing something else for a living. Cheers...

I have met the owner of the company and found him really knowledgeable and passionate about his business. As a customer, you'd be looking for a reliable car with a good price and this is exactly what's on their plate. Highly recommended. Enjoying my rides!
