Possibly the worst customer experience in my life, not just for car dealerships. This morning, my 4 month old 2018 Nissan Leaf would not start. Had to use Nissan Roadside Assistance (they were great) to get it towed to a dealership (I didn’t care which one, just one that could fix my vehicle ASAP). Upon arriving by tow truck at Myers Bells Corners (they told Roadside Assistance they could accept my vehicle), I was then told they were busy with “tire season” and it would be at least a week before they could even take a look at my car. I asked about a loaner as I don’t think being without a vehicle for a week just to have them diagnose the issue is reasonable. I could understand that delay to fix the car, but not just to diagnose, what if they needed to order a part??? All they kept saying was that I should have bought the extended warranty to qualify for a rental car. Thanks to the tow truck driver (also excellent), I had an idea that it was an issue with my 12V battery. Rather than having my vehicle held hostage without being looked at I decided to ask to borrow a booster and boost my 12V battery to drive it to another dealership (Myers effectively wasted my free tow with Nissan Roadside). I was willing to risk being stuck on the road rather than stuck at the dealership if they weren't looking at the car anyways. Only once they realized I was taking my business elsewhere did they then say they could have someone diagnose it this afternoon. Amazing how their attitude changed once they realized they were losing the customer. That almost makes me more mad; you claim you can’t look for a week, but then once the customer is upset enough you magically find the time??? It shouldn’t come to that. Too late, the service manager has single-handedly lost me as a customer with his complete lack of understanding. He needs to realize that all Nissan dealerships sell the same vehicles and have the same trained mechanics. The only thing that sets you apart is your customer service... or in this case lack thereof. UPDATE - fast forward less than 3 hours from my experience. Hunt Club Nissan called to say my Leaf is ready for pickup and all fixed: Defective battery, swapped for a new one, all done.

I didn't get work done as they determined it wasn't necessary. But I wanted to say that the service was excellent. Fast and professional and very friendly. Recommend going here for any questions you have.

Leo Yang is an excellent salesmen. It was a very positive experience. The manager was fantastic in helping us with our purchase.

I am in need of a new vehicle and even after a previously series of bad events with Myers Hyundai service, I thought maybe give them another chance. But after reading these reviews, I've decided that I was right not to choose Myers. Your service people and mechanics really need to stop treating people like idiots. Update: Bought a new Honda CR-V at Kanata Honda.. First thing i asked? "Does Myers own this dealership? NO? Great."

First and foremost, I must state that I hate dealing with car dealerships. When my wife and I were looking for an SUV, I actually dreaded the idea of walking into a dealership. However, I must say that in dealing with Josh McDonald, he was fantastic. He always returned my calls and emails in a timely fashion. Everything he said was spot on and he was never dishonest , he was completely upfront 100% of the time and truthful about everything. I still don’t like car dealerships, but I would deal again with Myers Nissan only because of Josh McDonald.
