Excellent and convenient service!

A few weeks ago I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Joshua, whose customer service was very friendly and helpful! As was Antonios's help in finance, greatly appreciated. Joshua also picked me up at my home and gave me a ride so I could get my Jeep on possession day. Plus, when my new all-season tires arrived the service dept arranged to pickup my Jeep from home, bring to it Manotick for install, and then brought back to my house. Perfectly convenient service! Thank you!

I had my first and last experience at manotick dodge since new ownership yesterday. Went in for an oil change and to get my tires (already on rims) changed over. First of all they booked me in for a "peace of mind service" that I had not requested. After explaining to me that it would save me some money, and I would get more done, I agreed to it. From the waiting room, the parking lot is visible. I watched the service personnel take my car for a test drive after changing the tires. They spun the tires several times and even drifted around a corner. Not impressed. So after paying more than expected for my oil change (price for synthetic oil has increased since new ownership). I got in my car to discover that the low tire pressure lights were on and the oil life had not been reset. I was told to drive the car and the new sensors would adjust. Also when I started to drive, I noticed that the tires stacked on my back seat were falling over and hitting the back of my seat when I was braking. Not safe. After getting on the highway, driving for 25km and realizing my steering wheel was wobbling, I turned around to go back. The lady at the desk was very nice and apologetic. It is not their policy to balance tires already on rims. So "peace of mind service" not so much. And sensors had still not adjusted to the car. So i asked them to check the pressure. Again when going to test drive it, tires were spinning all over the parking lot. 3 test drives later, my wheels had to be balanced. So I waited another hour. I spent 3.5 hours trying to get proper service. I am not happy.

I recently bought a slightly used, 20, 000km Chrysler 200. The folks at this dealership were all very nice. I did buy it and hopefully I'll enjoy it for many years. Thanks Folks. p.s. I brought my girlfriend in a couple of days later and she traded in her big SUV and bought a car like mine. Good place to do business.

It could be better now? Maybe they want to make it better now? When I went for a new Jeep... they had bugs everywhere.... Like... black flies and dirt....

A car is a car is a car, but when it comes to service, the staff at Car Canada, Manotick provides the best service. Brent, the desk staff and the mechanics are amazing, trustworthy and honest. They take the time to explain and teach ensuring complete understand of the job. Work is completed on time and always with care. The parts department somehow often manages a one or two day turn around time. We are always greeted with friendly smile and helpful staff.
