Worst experience ever! If I could give a negative rating I would. Called Service multiple times to book an appointment and was hung up on. Before getting anywhere, they explained it was a phone glitch. Ok, no problem. Took a 2016 Dodge truck in to get the recalls completed, an oil change and mentioned we would like them to take a look at the 4x4 mode as it was making noise. A couple hours later we were called with bad news... the truck we drove in there was in horrible condition... and were given a verbal estimate of almost $9000. In shock, we said wait and we will call back. When we called back, we heard the long list that we needed and told them we wouldn’t be doing the work right now, we are picking up the truck and have an estimate ready with the parts, work and prices. This was maybe lunch time, the service department kept phoning back, and pressuring us to leave the truck with them, even if we couldn’t fix it now, they can leave the truck on the property until we are ready, etc. Late in the day, I was called, told the truck was back in the shop, they looked it over again, and realized- they could lower the bill again because 2200.00 work was fixed with adjusting a wire. We arrived at the dealership, and the truck was no where in the lot, service had me go to reception, they didn’t have my paperwork or keys, so I was brought back to service and given a run around. I asked for the truck and told it wasn’t ready? All that was approved was recalls, an oil change (that wasn’t completed) and a look at the truck. They tried to hold the truck in there shop, and would not provide me with an estimate. Apparently it was not complete. We demanded the truck and magically it was out of the shop in 10 minutes. And they were trying to have me pay $500.00 to look at it, plus the oil change that they did not do. I was promised the estimate this morning , and received an email saying my estimate would be done by the end of the week??? To get the truck out of jail- I had to pay for 2 hours of diagnostics. And I am still waiting on an estimate. I demand my full payment back, plus an apology for this child’s play.

Just bought a 2019 Ram 1500 from Alan and Don at New Roads Ram. They were awesome, and we're able to get me in my car while working around my busy schedule. Painless and I got an amazing deal with no hassle. Found my new lifelong car dealer. See you guys in a few years!

I know you always get the bad news so I thought I'd give you some good feedback love working with your guys and girls from parts to service they are so kind and friendly and open to helping I've got a small little squeaking noise with my truck and Robert (service manager) was more than willing to come outside to have a quick look at it for me and give me some suggestions on what to look for and what to do I can't say that much for any other dealership I've been at. I was at one yesterday because I was just passing by it and wanted to see if they had any cases with my situation and the service was so terrible, even the reception.

After last week recall fix i finally decided to write a review based on my almost 2,5 years of experience with NewRoads Chrysler. Honestly, I am very disappointed with service department. I have to mention that I only take my truck to dealership for recalls. I have a mechanic who I trust so all work is done at his shop. My first issue was when I brought my RAM to do first oil change – couple months since we bought it – one of mechanics scratch truck. Truck had 4K at that moment – here I need to say HUGE Thank You to service manager. He took care of it – provided rental car and got that scratch fixed. Next time I had to come because my tire was leaking – had to bring truck 3 times because mechanics couldn’t find a nail sitting in the middle of the wheel. I found it myself on my driveway and came back to show them. Got it fixed. Young fella who came to pump tires I asked me how much pressure should be in the tires – seriously??? My previous recall appointment was scheduled for 2 pm, when I showed up I was told that I have to leave truck for the night because guys were very busy. I got pretty upset and asked service people – how come if you are so busy no one decided to call and reschedule that. I had to almost cancel very important meeting because of this, but thankfully service people took care of it. Last week my wife dropped truck for another recall – I got a text from service – that I am due for front and rear diff services and transfer case services. Interesting – I phoned my mechanic and ask how come this is possible – he said no way its too early truck has 37K right now. I checked maintenance schedule – same thing – no need to service. I called back and asked service person how come I need to do it – she said its because of mileage, OK – did you check my mileage – No, I Didn’t check it - was her answer. Fantastic, my wife would probably say yes and would get it done – $570 + HST not bad for something you don’t need now. Also every time we leave truck for recalls – truck is coming back dirty – driver floor mat with oily foot prints, dirty steering wheel and even visor. I would not recommend this service center to anyone. I rate this service lower than 1 star.

Brian Coneybeare was a delight to work with. He was very quick and informative when responding through emails providing great communication for any questions I had, price quotes and finance options. He was such a pleasure to deal with through emails, that I decided to drive all the way from Hamilton to go and see him. Once I arrived Brian was extremely pleasant. He was not pushy but very helpful at the same time. He did not try to pressure me but he made me feel that he had my best interest in mind. Needless to say, I purchased a vehicle on the spot. Even a few months after my purchase I had an issue with my XM Sirius radio and Brian was instantly on the phone on a three way call with myself and Sirius to try and fix the issue. I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Brian. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle please ask for Brian personally as you will not be disappointed!
