While car shopping at Goodwill's I almost exclusively dealt with Carlos, so this might be more of a review of him than Goodwill's in total. In the end I purchased a car elsewhere, but I would definitely go back to Goodwill's based on my experience. Carlos is personable and was not pushy. He offered to hoist cars up for me to look underneath. One very minor negative was that there were some questions/concerns about a couple of vehicles that he didn't get an answer for me on, but that could be for any number of legitimate reasons. Goodwill's has a good selection, most the employees seem pretty decent, and Carlos is someone I obviously had a good experience with.

The people at Goodwill made me feel like a person. Not just someone buying a car. They worked closely with me to put me in the car I wanted - not what they wanted to get rid of. Amazing service, customer service, and I'll always shop my vehicles at Goodwill. Thanks for being amazing!

Bought a lemon ( they didnt tell me it was a previous rental car either)from these guys. Some how it passed a saftey with brakes that lasted 4 days. ( Kyle ..u remember me). Id rather walk then buy anything from these crooks. And dont deny it Goodwill. I still have the receipt from this POS.

My Son and I stopped in to look at a truck he was interested in. Carlos did a fantastic job. Unfortunately the blond or died hair sales guy felt it necessary to utter comments that were rude and made me feel judged. We will not be back. We showed up in my newly acquired ram pickup (bought elsewhere and new) and his comments made me feel judged and unwelcome. Sorry Carlos he lost you a customer.
