DeGroote-Hill gave me everything I was looking for when buying a car. Jozef was incredibly personable and did everything he could to get me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them to any one looking to buy a new or used vehicle! He wasn’t pushy, and didn’t try to trick me into buying something super expensive. He worked with me with my budget and what I was looking for and I am just over all impressed with the service I was given. Rose was also a complete charm to work with and made what could be a gruelling confusing paperwork process seem easy with her expertise and great personality!

The staff is friendly, efficient and definitely seem to enjoy their jobs. I was able to schedule an appointment that worked with my crazy schedule and they took my vehicle in exactly when they said they would. I especially loved that they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I will happily go back for regular maintenance and anything else that needs to be taken care of.

Have to leave a 5 star review after the very positive experience I had purchasing a brand new truck. Tammy is 100% best in class to deal with, very patient and honest. She worked very hard to get me into the truck that best fit my needs. Also a shout out to Rose who was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to Tammy, Rose and Wayne for making me feel like such a valued customer ! You have my future business !

I missed my appointment by two hours but the service support person cheerfully took me in anyway. The tire rotation was missed but that can wait till next service.
