When I went looking for a car back in September I stopped into the dealership just to get some information. I was met by John Roberts the sales rep and he offered a lot of information on the vehicle I was interested in. He explained all the ins and outs of the car and also the programs attached to it. He also explained when the programs ended and there was no pressure what so ever from him. When I said I would be back in toward the end of November upon return from vacation he accepted without any comment other than " I will be here and look froward to seeing you". When we returned to the dealership in late November he acknowledged us immediately and took the time to once again go over all the scenarios were available and I told him I would return in three days to work out a deal. When we returned he was ready and had Jason Leuszler to work with us also. These people made buying the vehicle fun. They could take the jokes and the haggling back and forth and were also able to dish it out a bit. They were fun and enjoyable to work with. The workings and abilities of the package that we took were explained exceptionally well by John and even in follow up he was still as pleasant as he was when we first hit the door. I ended up with what I wanted and I do think the best deal I could find. I do not think we could have found a nicer bunch of sales people to deal with. We are glad we stopped by.

The staff here are really excellent and work to exceed your needs. They did such a good job working thru our issues that we bought a car. No hassle, no issues, great customer service!

Took my Optima in for recalls, they booked me in right away and explained what they will be doing to my car, customer service was excellent and friendly. I received a loaner vehicle which I appreciate, however would suggest you maybe get another one. The Rio I was given was scary to drive. There was all kinds of noise under the hood, the transmission didn't shift smoothly and shook me down the highway. This is my first time using this dealership and was very nervous because of previously dealing with another one that wasn't so good. First impressions were great but the loaner is ready to be put to sleep :)

20180215 Update" Took my Vehicle in for a Service Advisory. Customer Service and the care they took with my vehicle was Superb-Absolutely Perfect. Everyone was friendly and the Shuttle Service that was offered was a very nice touch. 20180119 I am a recent customer to Kia Tillsonburg. I purchased my Preowned Kia Soul last fall from a dealer in a distant city. I brought my vehicle here for an outstanding recall issue that was not addressed by the previous owner/dealer. Kia Tillsonburg was happy to remedy the issue for me even though I didn't purchase my vehicle from them. The owner Dale is there if you have any questions or concerns and will make time for you. Pop in and say hi to him when you are in the area. The service Manager Kyle is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous with a friendly manner. The dealership here in Tillsonburg is smaller with a compact lot and building than what you will find in a big city but the quality of service is good. Dale recently acquired this dealership and is looking to the future for improvements-maybe an expansion for the lot. I would recommend that if you are looking for a new or preowned vehicle then include a stop here in your quest for your next vehicle. They will take care of you and you get that hometown feeling that Tillsonburg is known for.
