Hey, So im not one to typically buy cars or know much about them so for me customer service was very important. I needed to go to a place where I felt welcomed and where information was explained thoroughly and properly to me. I decided to call up a few dealerships and after a few calls I called here and was greeted by the sales manager on the phone. He was extremely kind, warm and informative. I scheduled a day to come in and was not rushed or forced into anything. I was able to make an informed decision without any hassles. I got myself a Lancer which I LOVE. It a perfect car without any problems!

I wish I would have read these other reviews before I Spent money on a truck that I was so proud to buy. Now, I never write these but I am so upset I have to. PLEASE READ!! I recently purchased a Truck from here and brought it home, it was my first truck and I was so proud. It came with the normal 30 day warranty, day 35 comes and a check engine light came on... ok, so a little worried, before I could get it in, it started to miss gears. Turns out it needs a new transmission and coolant lines. I brought it for a second opinion and they agreed. I called Robinson and explained that I am a student and wanted to see what they could do to help. I get I was over my warranty but any decent company would help a first time car buyer that attends a school in there very own city. Now, I then took it to Mister transmission and they to agreed. Robinson wanted to see it, so I towed it from Waterloo to London. I waited for a response then after three days of them having it just checked in, I am not kidding when I say NOT ONCE did they call me back, when they said “oh we will call you tomorrow”, I had to call them every time I needed a response for THREE WEEKS, that’s three weeks without answers and three weeks without a vehicle. So long story short I finally got a answer and it was, nope we are not helping you. It’s your fault. Now I have never seen a company work so hard to avoid and blame a client before but when I was looking for a vehicle I purposely went to a named dealer not a no name or private so I would be treated with some respect. MAN WAS I WRONG. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You will regret it. When I budgeted for this I didn’t think I would have to pay another $5,000.00. Please believe the other reviews, service sucks(management) Sales Sucks and so does the management. This story doesn’t even include the fact I almost had to sign my papers with another dealer because mine just didn’t care. Honestly please don’t make a mistake like I did of purchasing here. PLEASE listen to these reviews. I hope I saved you some money and frustrations.

I was extremely impressed with my interaction with Mick. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Mick took the extra time to explain the issue I was having with my clutch, and provided troubleshooting steps I could do before I spent money on further diagnostics. Thank you Mick! -Jordan

I have gone to this dealership twice to have them work on my car. Both times they went above and beyond my expectations. Best of all they charged me less than i was expecting both times!
