It was a pleasure to deal with Lee Munro's operation. I was looking for a newer BMW Z4 and they had a nice condition low mileage 2009 3.5 Z4. It is a solid lovely nicely running vehicle. Just the right replacement and the delivery service was superb! I highly recommend checking out the showroom for your next hot ride!

I'm getting a sports car this spring, so I just went in to have a look and get some ideas and sit in some different seats. The man I talked to was really friendly, gave me some good advice for what kind of car would suit my needs. I will strongly consider going back and buying from here.

I asked for the following information, and got an answer that is in concert with the rest of negative feedback you see on this site! Obviously the positive feedback are from his friends! PLEASE READ ON and think TWICE about dealing with this person! ______________________ MY QUESTIONS . Where is the car from and how many owners has it have? 2. Are there any maintenance and repair records available for this car? 3. Are you open for a PPI at a BMW dealer? (of course, I absorb the cost!) ________________________________ HIS RESPONSE Lee Munro 2:25 PM (1 hour ago) That’s true, Zach. How can I politely tell you that I am not interested in pursuing your business? I understand your concerns and wish you success in your search.

I honestly don't think I have ever been to a dealer and been treated so poorly. I know a thing or two about cars and I can honestly say that a lot of his product is not all what it seems to be. Cars that he claims to be accident free - not always the case. Just take a good look at the paint work. Many of these have been sent to a local shop in West Brant for Paint repair unbeknownst to the purchaser. Not that the paint work is always poor, but It could definatley be better. You cannot even take a car for a test drive. True this is his buisness, but who should part with their hard earned money for a car that they cannot test drive? It really does not make sense. Word gets around but by the looks of the responses here he already has. Comes off as arrogant individual to many for sure. I think he could make this a much more pleasurable experience but it is his buisiness and not mine. Nice choice of cars for sure, but I suggest you keep looking as I'm sure 8 times out of 10 you will find something better somewhere else.

I have been looking for a nice clean Porsche Cayman for some time, and had admired one at Black Swan for a few weeks. I called Lee to get details and he seemed nice enough on the phone although a little abrasive in some of his responses. I attributed it to not being there in person and him thinking I was wasting his time. Finally I decided to pull the trigger and make the trek out to this shop to hopefully purchase my future Cayman. After looking the car over for about 10-15 minutes and reading through the service records I asked if I could test drive it. He said absolutely not, and proceeded to tell me how thousands of people buy cars without test driving them, speaking to me like I was an idiot for asking to test drive a $45k car that had $10k worth of damage repairs made in 2017 (all of which was not mentioned over the phone). I explained how I would like to do some due diligence like any normal consumer spending this much on a purchase. He got extremely standoffish again and started comparing his shop to Barrett-Jackson and Ferrari Dealerships. This behavior alone should have been enough of a red flag, but blinded by my lust for the car I asked if I could bring a mechanic in to look at it and he said no to that as well saying “it’s been inspected twice” and then started insulting me saying that he doesn’t trust me and he knows “my type”. Absolutely inexcusable behavior all around. The entire experience was a complete waste of time and I would stay as far away from this guy as possible. Anybody who treats customers like this is a complete scammer.
