I recently hit a deer with my car that I bought from sami Automobiles last year. When I went looking for a second car I didn't hesitate to go right back to sami's dealership. They sell good cars at a reasonable price and really know what they are doing in their shop. I feel very good about buying cars from this dealer and he is very trustworthy and honest and not fake like a lot of other sales man you find. I am super excited to be driving my second car and know I can drive away with confidence that I have a great car! 5 stars! :)

Have been waiting forever to have a stuck ball hitch removed from a vehicle I am no longer keeping. Doesn't do the work, and then calls me up and gives me 1 hour to remove my vehicle from the lot or he's having it impounded. He also lost the keys. Real nice. Steer clear!

If I could give negative stars I would! One of my family members bought a car from here about a month ago. The air conditioning stopped working 5 days after pick up of the vehicle. Took in to Sami's to get fixed, got it home it worked for a bit then stopped working again. So yet again was brought back to Sami's where he stated that the blender motor was broke and needed to be replace. We decided to get a second opinion as he claimed he fixed it last time, but it "broke" again not even 2 day later. So we took it to a new garage and were just informed that the blender motor what Sami's told us needed to be replaced... wasnt even in the car. THE PART WAS MISSING. The new mechanic said it shouldnt have even passed the safety! STAY CLEAR OF HERE. NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! AND SHADY SERVICE.

Held my girlfriend's car illegally after failing to provide an estimate, or telling us what work would be done to the vehicle. President/Owner, Amir, is one of the most rude and condescending people I've ever dealt with. After explaining to him that what he was doing was illegal, he disagreed and refused to return my girlfriend's vehicle to her. After paying what was essentially an extortion fee, he returned the vehicle to her. He then laughed and mocked her as she had difficulty starting up her vehicle that his business had just "repaired" without any consent or permission. I will be pursing further action ie. Better Business Bureau, Consumer Complaint to the Government of Ontario, as well as other legal means of seeking restitution. This man is a crook and he WILL steal from potential and actual customers! All of his five star reviews are clearly fake or from his friends/family...
