I recently started going to Loyalty after hearing about a special on brakes. My Jeep needed a few repairs and some basic maintenance at the same time and when I called and spoke to Ivan, inquiring about some services, he gave me really fair pricing compared to other shops in the area. I now have been dealing with Ivan the last few times and know that I can count on Loyalty to get the job done right without being charged an outrageous amount. If you like good service, quality repairs done in a reasonable amount of time and affordable prices then I recommend these guys.

Ivan was recommended to me by a friend in the know, who said he's the best guy in town to take your Honda or Acura to. I had a minor issue with my RSX's exhaust system, and Ivan and his team were extremely helpful and friendly right from the get go, giving an honest assessment and a more than fair price at the end of the day. Besides telling you that Ivan fixed my problem, I can also say that he was extremely easy to work with, was easy to trust, and that I'll be coming back to Loyalty Auto for everything from my oil changes to my major fixes from now on.

I had a horrible experience at a couple other places. Felt pretty hopeless, they were very kind and assured me that I will get a car. Told me how to make sure I could improve my credit rating/get approved for a loan. Once my old car started going downhill, they did everything they could to make sure I got a car that I wanted. I will be going to them for all cars in the future. I recommend them to anybody. Incredible experience, and very fast too. They care about their customers, not just a sale.

DO NOT buy a car from these guys. I bought a vehicle from loyalty just over a year ago and I now have to replace the transmission. I've had nothing but problems with the car. I had a bad feeling about these guys I should have trusted my gut. Don't wast your money go somewhere where they actually have some integrity.

Brett gives used car Salespeople a bad name. I'm surprised he is still in business with all the stunts he has pulled over the years. He used to consider himself "the Corvette Specialist" until his reputation and antics forced him out of this market. I recommend that anybody looking to buy any vehicle from should stay away and spend their hard earned money with a reputable dealer.
