Pretty brutal customer service. Waited around for an hour and a half just to speak with the finance manager who seemed more concerned with making sure her daughter was behaving in the room with us while we tried to discuss a deal. Totally inappropriate. Then they tried to sell us a vehicle in a completely different color than we wanted. After we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere, the sales rep was very short with us and insisted we were the ones in the wrong. They then emailed my wife some few days later telling her to come in "without her husband" so that they could continue to talk. Again, completely inappropriate. Its a shame because i love the brand but this dealership has absolutely put a sour taste in my mouth. Just goes to show that sometimes the drive to ottawa is worth it for big purchases like these. Save your time, dont deal with these clowns. go to the city instead.

Bought new vehicle from Arick Peddle...had great service and were very accommodating to ensure I got not only what I needed but what I wanted. The process was quick and easy and I was enjoying my new ride in 3 days.

Excellent customer service. We were warmly greeted at the counter and treated very well while our new tires were installed. Excellent service from Mechanic, Eric M.!

Got an amazing deal on a 2007 Ford Ranger. $2000 unsaftied. Needs nothing to safety though. Excellent condition compared to other Ford Rangers I've looked at in the Valley selling for way higher prices.

Had a great experience purchasing a Nissan Rogue from Arick, he was friendly and easy to talk to, made the purchase go smoothly.
