Joe is the owner operator. I had an issue with the trailer wiring. We were in the midst of moving and we were in a bit of a panic to get the car fixed prior to our camping trek to BC. Joe quickly found the issue ordered the pets so we could remain on schedule. An outstanding job, quality workmanship and stands behind his service and products. So if you are in need of trailer hitches or electric brake controllers this place is the place in the Belleville/Quinte area to go!
