WOW! Best service in town! I bought my car and my daughter's car from Daryl. He is always smiling 😃 and very explicit with the details. The shop is airways helpful and are honest with the work done! Good service all around! Would recommend this place any time! 🚗

I had a great experience when I purchased my new KONA at Sudbury Hyunday. both sales representative and financial personnel were fantastic. They answered all of my questions. they were patient, they offered options in a gentle, none aggressive or pushy way. They were very respectful. I left there felling like I made the right decision with no regrets. I was reassured to call them anytime if I should have any questions or issues. They were fantastic.

What an awesome team at Sudbury Hyundai. This is my fourth Hyundai. Excellent service, I love the lounge, I bring my laptop and do my work there while its being serviced. I especially LOVE the new Latte machine! You go above and beyond to help your customers.

I do believe that Hyundai vehicles are great cars. For the most part are reliable, and not too difficult for fixing. Hyundai vehicles are a popular choice in my family and I would recommend purchasing a Hyundai almost anywhere but in Sudbury. In 2016 I purchased a brand new Hyundai Accent. Darren S. was the salesman I was passed along to after speaking shortly with Sean W. Having this be my first purchased, brand new vehicle, I had many questions and concerns. Darren seemed to come off extra ‘pushy’. As a student I wanted to make sure I wasn’t spending my $22 000, in the wrong spot. This gave me anxiety when approaching the dealership. Thankfully Steven S. and Dylan M. were so helpful when coming to getting my car into the shop for regular oil changes. Fast forward 7 months, and and accident wrote off my vehicle. I opted to buy a family members 2011 Elantra. Elantra’s have been seen as great cars, but mine is a lemon... Aside from the problems my family has had and fixed throughout the years. It has always had an odd noise. 6 years of this weird noise, getting checked by the dealer on multiple occasions it was ‘undiagnosable’. I had to research these cars and find the recall notice myself showing that my engine may actually be making this mysterious noise they didn’t understand. In May I inquired about this recall and Steve T. simple stated ‘oh no there’s no engine recall on that’ I insisted he double check and call Hyundai Canada. Sure enough yep, it was recalled. My engine is due to be replaced. “The engine’s on backorder and we probably won’t get it until late June -essentially the work won’t be done until Canada Day ish” they say. Alright. Every week I checked if it was in. No dice. By the time July came my neighbourhood was warning me that my car sounds like an explosive... the only response was yep they say its drivable. I brought the car back to Hyundai and said hey I can’t drive this it’s simply deteriorating. They gave me a loaner car until mine gets fixed, even though they don’t even have the part yet. At the end of the summer after my car had been sitting in the lot for two months, they call and say it will be ready end of day tomorrow. Sure enough they call me shortly before I should arrive to say “the front brakes need to be done -it will cost 800$“ FOR THE FRONT BRAKES.... No I will drive it 5 km to get them done elsewhere for a much better deal. I asked politely for the front brake diagnosis after receiving the fixed engine to ensure it is safe and only needing front brake pads and rotors. They ensured me it was fine but the brakes need to be done. When I got the 5km down the road my certified mechanic did a brake inspection to tell me that: My car is not road safe and for the safety of myself and others on the road all of the following NEED to be fixed: front AND rear brakes, a front ball joint, and rear caliper. Soon to be followed up by Tie Rods. I am disgusted that Sudbury Hyundai left me in this position thinking I was safe to drive away only needing front brakes. Anywhere in that short distance to another mechanic I could have had my life taken away due to their mechanics negligence in informing the customer. My whole service experience this summer was with Steve T. who was the least bit helpful, who 90% of the time was stuck in an ‘uhm’ moment or looked like a deer in headlights. I pray for the few decent folk at the Sudbury Hyundai dealership but will never be returning there for service or for a vehicle.
