I would like to thank Raymond Lam for helping my parents and I purchase our Toyota Corolla Hatchback. He's an excellent dealer, very patient, friendly, approachable and overall always has the customer's best interest at heart. The negotiation process and transition has never been so smooth. I have not met another dealer as amazing as Raymond and I would definitely go back to him for another car!

I would like to thank Mr. Michael Lopez at Maple Toyota for helping me to choose our Winter tires for our new car today. He provided timely and helpful advice regarding different brands of tires and the important information regarding the safety of each product. Mr. Michael Lopez was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with great deals of patience. I highly recommended Maple Toyota to everyone that is looking for a new car . I must compliment to Mr. Jose Lopez, his knowledge on Toyota is beyond the best.. For my next car, I’ll only go to Maple Toyota for their BEST CUSTOMERS SERVICE!

The only way to post a review is to give Maple Toyota 1 star. I would review this dealership a -1 if the system allowed me. I had an appoint yesterday at Maple Toyota and it was the worst customer experiences I have ever had. It seems all these 5 star reviews are all for the sales team. As for the service team, all the reviews are awful. Walking in at 5:45PM with an appointment for 6PM, I had to wait just about 3 hours before my car was completed for servicing. I left the dealership at 8:30PM. They continuously gave me the wrong time each time I asked how much longer it is going to take. They said 20 more minutes; 20 minutes pass they said 15 minutes; 15 minutes pass and the lights close in their service department and there I was still waiting in their waiting area. I was told someone would call me today. The service department opens at 7AM, I sent a detailed email at 11:45AM today regarding their appalling service and have yet heard from anyone from the dealership. Disappointing service coming from a long time loyal customer who’s family has purchased 5 vehicles since 2009.

We usually get our van serviced at Maple Toyota. Have been doing it for the past 8 years. So you can imagine I've spent a lot of money there. But the last time we went for a oil change they gave us the van back with a loose gear shifter and it doesn't go into 4th gear anymore. We left messages with the service department but no return calls. I personally went in 3 days after the service was done and the guy (Daniil) tells me why we waited so long - well people have busy lives! Then he tells me they never received any calls (my wife called and left messages on separate days) and that I would need to book an appointment for them to look at the issue and pay the charge for inspection. Ridiculous! The van was perfectly fine when we dropped it off. If the problem already existed wouldn't they have noted it in their report? I sent a email to Pasquale the service manager but he never replied back either. This is how they treat a loyal customer. With a shop rate of $125/hr at least try to use a bit of common sense and go the extra mile for the customer instead of patronizing them when they come in with a complaint.

This is not our first time buying a car, but I was totally thrilled with the amazing service at Maple Toyota. My salesman Jose Lopez treated us like Royal. He answered all our questions patiently, and explained all the features to us so detailed. I'll highly recommended Jose to all my family and friends. Also the managers Michael Le and Marcello are both very helpful in many ways. Trust me, I've been to many Toyota dealership, Maple Toyota provided the BEST SERVICE. I highly recommend them to everyone.
