I purchased the car, a Focus RS, from Ottawa. There was no hassle - the vehicle was listed for a good price and I made a reasonable offer. Without haggling, they accepted my offer and the rest of the process was incredibly easy. When I got there the car was all prepared and ready to go and, although the deal was done, the salesman threw in an invisible plate holder. Great experience.

I've dealt with Colony Ford for my last 2 F150 leased trucks. Excellent sales experience. Clean, well managed dealership. If only there was more parking, the experience would be perfect! Until then, we'll call it 99%. Colony Ford won't disappoint. They'll earn your business.

I bought my truck here 2 years ago. The initial purchase experience blew me away. I was offered a demo for a few days to make sure that it could comfortably accommodate one our children, who uses a wheelchair. Although I have had little need for service because the truck has been great, when I have brought it in, it has been taken care of promptly for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I just got my parents car serviced today at colony Ford and it was the smoothest process and the lowest wait time compared to the other dealership my parents bought the car from originally. This was my first time here and I got treated like a loyal customer. Im super happy that this dealership was able to help me with what the other Ford dealership in Brampton failed to do. The service advisor was nice and professional. I will soon be purchasing a car and will come to Colony ford this time because they made up for what another Ford dealership did not want to fix. I will happily recommend Colony ford to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. Thank you Colony Ford!

Bought a new Ford Mustang a few months ago. Love the car, but the reason for the single star review, is that I've now found out that I was led astray, or outright lied to by the finance department. I was informed that if I didn't get the "extended" warranty from them, it would increase in price. I was also told that it was a Ford set price. I had my service done out at another Ford dealership and spoke with them about the prices, and found that the actual Ford price was nearly half of what they were charging for extended warranties! I called and tried to speak with the finance department 3 separate times about it, but was told to go away because no one could help me, each time. I love my Mustang. It's a great car. But it's dealers like this that really give Ford a bad name. The car's price would've been the same anywhere else. But everyone should know that if you want extended warranties, the cost is the exact same down the road as the initial purchase, as well as the fact that at Colony Ford, you'll likely pay double for the cost of the extended warranty compared to anywhere else.
