After being told by 2 other dealerships that it was too early for me to be pulled out of my lease, I contacted Blackstock Ford because they had a Bronco in my colour on their site. I figured, it doesn't hurt to get a 3rd option. I sent an internet message on Sunday evening. Monday morning at 8:30am I received a text from Kieran asking when I had a few minutes to talk about my lease and what I wanted as my next car. We spoke right away and by Monday afternoon, after running thru all the numbers and scenarios, he made the numbers work to be able to pull me out of my current lease and get me into a new Bronco I wanted, which ended up not being the 1 they had on their lot (it was a 2 door but I need a 4 door). He was then able to secure the exact Bronco I wanted (the colour was the deal breaker, I didn't want any other colour) from another dealerships hours away. Blackstock Ford is 3.5 hours from my hometown and it was worth the drive. Kieran is amazing and will work hard to get you where you need to be with a vehicle that you want. I highly recommend him and this dealership!!!

I'm extremely pleased with this location. We purchased our new F150 from Ross, he was extremely kind and helpful. We had some issues with it and the service team did an amazing job at thoroughly checking the vehicle and finding the problem. Thank you to Dan, Andrew and the rest of the team that made sure I always knew the latest update with my vehicle. The staff is very friendly, I'll be sure to bring my vehicle to them if needed!

Purchased a used vehicle here, and they genuinely did a lot of things right. Staff were friendly enough, and weren't super pushy, but: - They didn't tell me they only accept wire transfer (not drafts) until I'd already made my deposit and absolutely refused to allow payment any other way (which is an issue with all the wire fraud out there). - They told me they'd reimburse me the cost of my wire transfer (when I eventually satisfied my security concerns around it), but didn't. - My vehicle had an outstanding recall they didn't do the work for, when I picked it up. This recall was only a week old, and occurred after I said I'd take the vehicle (but before they said they'd done the safety). I don't know, from a policy POV, if they were required to do it with that timing. But I specifically asked when I picked it up if its recall work was up to date, because I'd seen that recall notice, and they said yes. I don't think any of this was malicious... and suspect based on my interactions that my experience was an outlier. I completely believe that lots of people have great experiences here. But I can only rate the experience I had. Definitely not as good as it could have been.

The staff at Blackstock Ford are nothing short of amazing! Ross and Pieta went above and beyond to make the experience the best it could be. The process was quick, painless and fair pricing. I am now a Blackstock Ford customer for life!

We were looking for a new car and were going to be driving by black stock Lincoln on the weekend. We saw they had a car like we wanted on their website but didn’t really expect it to be there because we have run into that at other dealers. When we stopped it was there and a salesman came out to greet us but I just told him we were just looking. He didn’t push us about buying the vehicle which I do not like being pushed by a salesman, if he had I probably would have left. I asked to see inside and my wife and I just loved how comfortable the car felt. He asked if we wanted a price on our old car and I decided yes and I thought he offered a good price so we asked what he could sell us the new one for and we came to a deal. The salesman we had was Ross and he was so good and polite as well as the finance lady pieta who looked after getting licence contacting our insurance getting it undercoated we didn’t have to do a thing it was all looked after for us. When we picked up our new vehicle Ross went over everything with us programmed our phones and just made everything so easy for us. We are really enjoying our new vehicle so much and they just made everything so easy for us. I would definitely recommend going to this dealer
