Unprofessional after sales from Volvo of Mississauga

I collected my XC 60 6 days ago and already have had a terrible experience with Volvo of Mississauga. Immediately after selling the car, the dealership has refused to be available to take calls or reply to emails. A day after collecting the car I reported to the dealership that some equipment that comes standard with the car is missing / has been stolen. Its been 5 days and the Volvo of Mississauga is neither taking calls nor replying to emails. The paperwork for extended warranty could not be completed as dealer had some IT issue and its still incomplete even after 4 follow-ups. I am extremely frustrated in just 6 days of buying a Volvo and buying it from Volvo of Mississauga. Extremely unprofessional and abysmal service. No one should buy a car from Volvo of Mississauga.

I’ve been visiting Mississauga Volvo for some time now. Actually 7 cars later I thought I should leave this review. Mississauga Volvo is THE BEST place to pick up your new Volvo. Rob (owner) is the best. Always ready to help, but it’s not just Rob, his sales and service department are TOP NOTCH, pleasant happy staff! Easy sales, timely service, always a follow up, an overall great experience. I have sent many friends and family here and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Mississauga Volvo to ANYONE that is looking for a great experience when buying their new car. Thank you Rob and team for the overall 5 Star experience! You guys are THE BEST! Dr A.

A lot of pleasant surprises. In two words. It was the best service I had so far. Will see what the rest of the history brings but so far it was the best.

Service is going down hill. Dec 4, 2018 brought my car in for service asked for the tilt function on the side mirrors to be turned on because they reset it after the last service. When I got my car back only the passenger side would tilt. Came back to dealer a few minutes late, they said all techs went home and they will call me. No one call me later to touch base on this. A few weeks later Dec 26, 2018 my car battery died. I had to get my car tolled to Volvo to replace battery, and also had asked them to turn off the tilt feature bc only one side works. They were more than happy to do so. Before leaving I confirm with service if it was done, I was reassured yes it was done. On the invoice it was indicated tilt turned off and tested OK. Guess what, after I drove home learned that passenger side still tilt. Frustrated because this is twice and I live far. Call back to speak to manager but was advised he's not available and had to leave my contact. No calls return yet, let see. Our family has been a client for almost 10 yrs and we purchased a vehicle with this location 2013. Sigh.

I bought my car from Tarquinn and I would highly recommend him, found him to be knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. He made my car buying experience easy and pain free so if you’re looking for a Volvo ask for Tarquinn!!

I just got my 2nd Volvo XC60. Both times (I won't mention the names), attention through the sales period and in getting the car, was great. Beyond that, maintenance has always been great and I got to know the folks there quite well. I also met Robert McMillan, the owner. He takes pride in this dealership and so he should. Having come from 3 generations of German cars, I am so happy with this Sweden approach. Mercedes, Audi and BMW have nothing on the current Volvos.
