My recent experience with Toronto Fine Cars was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Living 8 hours away, I did my research, I called the dealership to asked many questions, and when I was confident that this was the vehicle that I wanted I flew to Toronto to go for a test drive. I ended up purchasing the truck from this dealership, and within 5 minutes of driving on the highway home, it was evident that they breached the Sale of Goods Act. This $20,000 truck was not suitable for it’s purpose. The engine light came on and the truck would no longer accelerate. I immediately brought the truck back to the dealership and they refused to refund me. When back at the shop I found out that this truck had been used as a work truck in the past and that the transmission had been re-built. I ended up having to spend a night in a hotel as I was ‘stranded’ without a vehicle and had to find a way to get my money back. The dealership did not care that they had sold me a faulty vehicle until I threaten with Small Claims Court and a lawyer. After much negotiation, I was finally given MOST of my money back (They kept the licensing fees as well as the 'repairs' they had put into the truck AFTER I returned it!) The dealership agreed to pay for the ‘damages’ associated with the purchase, as I experienced lost wages, had to get a hotel room and needed to pay for transportation back home, however, I NEVER RECEIVED THIS MONEY… They completed an E-Transfer to my e-mail address right in front of my eyes, then cancelled the transfer the minute I walked out the door. I do not wish for anyone to go through what I had to go through. Buying a vehicle is a long-term commitment. Make sure you find yourself an honest, trustworthy dealership that cares about their customers. DO NOT SHOP AT TORONTO FINE CARS! They do not value trust, respect or integrity, nor do they care about their customers!

I recently moved back from the US and was in need of an reliable and affordable vehicle. I did my due diligence and after a long review of competitive businesses I decided to move forward with Toronto Fine Cars. I am happy with my decision since I ended up on the winning side of the scale, I got a great vehicle and the financing was much less than I expected.. If you are in the market for a car then don't hesitate to contact Toronto Fine Cars and Leasing.

I've had such bad experiences with purchasing a used car from other dealerships in the past and I'm very glad to say that has changed now that I've found Toronto Fine Cars & Leasing! Diego and his staff provided me with fantastic service and they were beyond helpful in answering all my questions. I refuse to believe the negative reviews on here. If this dealership was able to make a picky customer like me happy, they will make anyone happy! I recommend this dealership to anyone out there shopping around for a car!

I have always hated the process of buying cars, but the team at your dealership were amazing from the moment I got there until I picked up my car. Your team made the process seem simple and stress free. Thank you for all the time you spent with me. I will be sending anyone I know to see your team. Great job and I love my car....

I called Toronto Fine Cars and spoke to Claudia she was so wonderful and helpful. I came in and was treated excellent by the entire staff. I was able to negotiate with them and meet half way and get to a price that I was able to pay. I am very thankful to them for their help. Thanks!!!
