Very pleasant experience & very happy with our purchase. Mark Dempsey was very courteous & helpful which eased our decision making. Everything was ready when we went to pick up our truck which was great. We would definitely go back. Enjoying our truck meanwhile. Thanks Mark & Meadowvale Ford.

I just want to thank Tony - the new shuttle driver, since he did an excellent job. He is a nice guy and also drives really carefully, making people feel very comfortable during the drive.

James Muscat is probably the best salesman in the business. He always gives me a great deal, but more importantly he makes the experience of buying a car easy. His experience and knowledge are second to none, and he gives you the final word, none of this "let me check with my manager business", and no run around.

Great buying experience. Enjoyed the down to brass no BS approach. Definitely recommend them for a new car or truck. Competitive prices and very friendly.

We live over 4 hours away from the dealership so we bought our truck over the phone. We made an appointment to pick it up over a week later, giving them plenty of time to get it ready. We phoned an hour before we arrived to ensure they were running on schedule, and were assured that they were. Well, they weren't. When we arrived our truck had not yet been touched - plastic still on the seats, still sitting in the lot, not at all ready. We were assured it would only be an hour. Then it was two, then three. We finally received our truck later that evening, with a very insincere apology and nothing but a pat on the head to show for our patience and the inconvenience. While they were "rushing" to get our truck ready they forgot to activate the satellite radio. We have called several times to request that they do this and they still have not. I've read the generic response to the other negative reviews, where they helpfully provide the front desk, general phone number and ask that you allow them to "make things right". Please provide a name of someone I can talk to there who can resolve my issue! That would help make things right. When you call and leave a message, no one calls you back. This seems like a very easy problem to solve as we've never had this trouble with the other vehicles we've purchased - and three of them were from this dealership. And yet this time it seems insurmountable. Too much trouble for them to pick up the phone I guess. We have been waiting over a month. If you don't have limitless patience you may want to try another dealership.
