i would like to appreciate the great customer service by Mr. Ray Axial. I bought a used SUV and I am really impressed with this person. On that day I was not even prepared to buy the SUV since i am looking to change my car but to his great salesmanship and professionalism I took no time in deciding to buy the car. I congratulate the GM of the dealership having such a nice person in your team. I will refer this person to my family and friends. Mr Ray Axial is an asset to your company.

CODY & SUE (SUSAN) from sales and service department, respectively. REMEMBER those TWO names when you visit Addison on Eglinton. Exceptional customer service from the both of them! Cody was knowledgeable and very patient in answering all my questions. He even went out of his way to help address my problems! I will definitely go back to him in the future. Sue truly cares about her customers and provides proactive customer service. Also, one time when I went in for a service/oil change appointment, the service rep I was assigned to wasn't there and Sue immediately helped get my car in for the service, even though it wasn't her "work" and explained things clearly to me. I'm glad that she is finally my service rep now! I have never posted a review before; this is my first ever review and I think that itself is more than enough of a statement. This dealership should be glad to have you both!!!

I bought my car here and I’ve been for service here at least 6-10 times. For spring/fall tire swaps, they have never gotten the air pressure right. Seriously. Every time I tell the service advisor to make sure it’s the right pressure according to the GM sticker on the door and every single time it’s 20kpi or more under filled. This time however, when I picked up my car, in addition to the air pressure being wrong (again!), it was covered on one side with blue paint spray. They tried to say that the car came in that way and I must’ve never noticed before. I almost believed this, until I opened the driver door and found paint spray on the inside of the door. There is no way that I could not have “missed” that and it indicated that the spray happened while the car was being serviced. On top of all this, they missed installing 3 lugs on the wheels properly. Just wow. After I complained, they fixed everything, but how do this issues make it to the customer? How is this dealer still authorized by GM???? *** Further edit as a response to the dishonest response posted by Addison****** On the one call I received the day after I posted my initial review, the Service Manager stated that the spray found on and in my car could have been a result of the air hose having a leak. The angle and position is consistent with where the spray was on/in my car. I was also told that I would receive a follow up call. I did not hear from the Manager again. The comment by the dealer is that the air pressure is programmed wrong on their machine. This doesn’t explain why, despite my telling the Technician to check the pressure and ensure it matches the manufacturer’s recommendation according to the door sticker, the pressure was still wrong. The tires are nitrogen filled and the car maintains, for months, pretty much the same pressure in the tires after they’re filled... the temperature/driving conditions logic doesn’t explain with the Addison techs can’t seem to inflate tires to the correct manufacturer recommended pressure on the actual day the seasonal tires are put on the car. The Manager called me with an apologetic and customer-focused tone. The response posted here, attacking my credibility is disappointing and, coupled with breaking the promise to call me again, shows pretty weak character and exemplifies what an inconsistent and unreliable dealership Addison is. I hope GM investigates.

Hi Everyone! I am here to share my experience about Salesman at Addison Chevrolet. My great guy name is Paolo Blanco! His type is straight forward. It means he shows all the perspective of the deal! He changed the meaning of a salesperson. Please make an appointment and see how he handle and discuss every details of your dream vehicle. He cares about your pocket and your favourites at the same time. He is so perfect for negotiation on the deal. He doesn't give it up until he achieves your complete satisfaction. I recommend him to everyone who is shopping here @ Addison on Eglinton. Thanks a LOT Paolo, FIVE stars to you!!
