Best car buying experience we have ever had. My husband and I highly recommend going to this dealership. We got to meet Katie and Eric and t hey were very nice and helpful. We picked up our new Optima last week and the car is fantastic. Thank you for everything you guys did for us. Top notch service from start to finish.

This dealership is literally the worst. Let's start with the small stuff, every time I come in for an appointment they have no record of me on file. They've been through 7 service managers in 3 years. They lost the center cap for my wheel when putting on my winter tires and took 2 years to replace it. They put on winter tires that are smaller than my regular tires without discussing it with me. Those new winter tires weren't providing good traction so I checked and they are improperly rated for my car! 401 Dixie Kia refuses to replace them. 6 months after buying the car the sunroof stopped working, it took TWO YEARS for them to fix it. I needed a new fob for the car so I asked about it and I was told it was $250 so I told them to order it. Then they called me and said the programming is extra and it's actually going to cost me $440. I reluctantly agree. I come in to get the new fob, and now it's $443 PLUS programming. However, they didn't include the key with the fob, which means there isn't even a way to put it on a key ring. Getting the key is ANOTHER $41. It just never ends with this place, they treat their customers terribly. They change their pricing constantly and nickel and dime you to death. They underpay their employees, resulting in high turn over. They are literally all the worst things about a dealership all rolled into one. STAY AWAY!

I have known Katie & Eric (the owners) for the past few years and can tell you that they run their business with the highest ethics and standards. Any owner who sticks their neck out and makes themselves visible to their customers, the public, the industry and its suppliers is committed to making a difference. The used car industry has had a bad reputation for 100 years and 401 Dixie Kia are genuinely trying to change that, one car and one customer at a time. I would buy a Kia from this dealership and always recommend them to my family and friends, without hesitation! I know the owners will take action needed to make your experience a good one.

I purchased my first Kia back in 2008. The Rondo was good to me so in 2012 I upgraded and purchased 2 more, a new Rondo and a Rio from 401 Dixie. The service had been lack luster after buying the vehicle so I stopped having the car serviced at this location. Recently I noticed the driver seat of my Rio (which has 90K on it) had become quite worn and was starting to rip. I took my car into the dealership to have it repaired under warranty. 401 Dixie inspected the seat and refused to fix it under warranty, stating that the damage happened as a result of normal and wear and tear. You read that right, the dealership admitted it was normal wear and tear, not excessive use. Can someone please tell me the purpose of a warranty? I thought it was to cover manufacturers defect and any breakdown of the product prior to the term of a warranty, provided the product was not misused or abused. Understand something here, 401 Dixie Kia has admitted and in fact defended its statement that it is normal for their fabrics to breakdown and/or rip in a little over 4 years and less than 100K, within their standard warranty. Broken down even further, they know and expect their product to fail within 4 years. Seriously?!!! I went to Kia Canada with this and was told that because of the evaluation of 401 Dixie Kia there was nothing they could do for me. How utterly absurd. DO NOT BUY A KIA FROM THIS LOCATION. If you like Kia, which I do I urge you to purchase one from another location. I have another warranty repair that I am supposed to have done at 401 Dixie and I am dreading it. Thank goodness there parts and service staff or pleasant, only reason why there is a star here.

Took our car in for service and was blown away by the amazing customer service. Best customer service that we have ever experienced. Cassandra took great care of us! We won't go anywhere else from now on!
