Jamie, John, Mario and the entire staff are great. They make the dealer experience a great one. Everyone greets with a smile, never any problems, just solutions. Thanks for an amazing experience again

Probably my best experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealer! Drove out to Bay King all the way from Courtice, ON for my ’17 Grand Cherokee Overland after speaking to Mario over the phone the previous day. He was great when I called, gave me the full background on the car, finance and purchase options etc. Pretty much sold it to me over the phone! When I got there, the customer service was excellent and got great value on my trade-in. The entire process from start to finish was great! Mario followed up after my first week with the Jeep to see how it was going, like I said, great customer service. Have dealt with some other Chrysler dealerships in the past as well as in my most recent hunt for a Jeep, Bay King has been the best so far! Highly recommend going to the team there.

We've purchased a couple vehicles from this dealership and would definitely return in the future. Haven't had to deal with service yet, so I may update this in the future. Mario (our salesman) and Peter (Financing) were both excellent to deal with. Thank you!

Very friendly service ... managed to order and get me floor mats over night just before Christmas for a present for my father.
