MY CAR NEEDED A NEW ENGINE AS A RESULT OF TECHNICIAN INCOMPETENCY!!!!!! RECALL TURNED TO NEW MOTOR CAR = NEVER THE SAME. NOTE: IF I COULD RATE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. The service department here is completely incompetent and utterly disrespectful. Specifically Al Dodge the service manager. He has no regard for your personal property. Furthermore, he has no time and no respect when it comes to understanding your problems. He knows everything and will stop at nothing to prove he is right. One of the most sarcastic and arrogant people I have encountered in the car industry to date. I cannot recommend taking your car to another dealership more highly. If you want your car to be damaged and to come away in worse condition than when it showed up, Fraser Ford is your place! You would be further ahead to either work on your car yourself even if you don't know what you’re doing, you will most certainly do a better job. Alternatively, I encourage you to defecate on your car. You would be treating it better than Al and his minions. They let my car leave their shop with an exhaust leak for the second time in a row, claiming it has "no issue". I invite anyone who reads this review to sit in my car at idle for 10 minutes with the windows up. First one with carbon monoxide poisoning wins! Who do we have to thank for this fun game? Al Dodge and his group of unprofessional, uneducated and completely incompetent staff! Game on folks, game on.

I went into the Ford dealership today Dec 7 2018. Because my parking break light was on but my break wasn't so ran in to see if they could help me. The gentleman that was in the service department was so nice and helpful. He fixed the problem and even put air in my tires at no charge. I was very pleased. Thank you very much Ford.

As usual, fantastic experience. Inevitably will be back for another purchase in a few years. Walk out excited! Best Ford dealer I've dealt with.

Great automotive buying experience! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and it's a relaxed atmosphere. Stuart (sales) and Sarah (financial services) were great to work with. If you're considering a new Ford you owe it to yourself to check out Fraser Ford in Cobourg.

Highly recommend Fraser Ford Cobourg! Staff and management are all friendly and willing to go the extra mile! The dealership environment is very positive, making our visits comfortable. Sales team is the best we've came across, ensuring we picked the right vehicle for our family without making us feel pressured. Service department is outstanding, ensuring quick and speedy service, always following up with a phone call to ensure there customers are satisfied. We purchased 2 vehicles from Fraser Ford Cobourg, and will only consider them in the future!
