We had a truly fantastic experience at this dealership. We dealt with Jake, Pete, John and Andrew. I admit I was a little skeptical they would be able to compare to some of the bigger dealerships we had experience with in London. However, they made it clear to us that they wanted and appreciated our business. They were honest and open with us and showed an incredible amount of integrity. For that reason they secured our business and I will refer my family and friends to them for future vehicle maintenance and purchases. Thanks Woodstock Toyota! You won us over and we will be back in the future!

Sale person was nice. I'm not convinced I'd want to buy a car here. Or maybe buy it here and serviced elsewhere? Word of mouth and reading these reviews and reading between the lines? Hmm. Scratching my head. All of the stellar reviews are 1 review people. Coincidence? The facility is nice though.

My husband and I are more than happy with the service we received! We bought a pre-owned Subaru through the dealership (after flip-flopping several times between two different vehicles several times, all of which the staff dealt with with great patience & understanding). We absolutely love the vehicle and left feeling that we definitely got a great deal and were treated more than fairly. I cannot say enough about how friendly & helpful everyone we dealt with was, from John the owner, to Jake our salesman on through to the manager & even the service desk. Everyone was absolutely amazing and we left feeling like we had just bought a car from a bunch of old friends! Lol. Would recommend this dealership to anyone who appreciates honesty, friendly service and a great deal! Susanne & Sam

My first and probably last Toyota. New 2018 model in for its second service. First service was a joke, pulled in and gave in my keys. They came and got me saying they could not move my car and I now had a check engine light. By this time it was almost closing for them. They said they would get me a rental and left me to retrieve what I needed from the car. I’m stood waiting by my car for another 10 minutes and a sales manager comes in asking if I need help. Apparently the service manager went home without updating anyone or helping me with the kids car seats back to reception. The sales manager helped me back to reception and the rental company picked me up. They wanted my credit card, I said no as this was all on Toyota. Once I had the rental car I went back to the office to see what was actually going to happen about my car and they had closed. The sales manager was still inside and he opened the door for me but could not tell me anything as the service manager had left. Apparently the shifter cable had just happened to break at very moment I pulled into their service center after driving back from Kitchener was the official story. Service number 2. So I notice a rust spot and bare metal on my new car(still under 6 months old). I paid extra for the paint/cloth/ rust warranty, so I thought great, no problem. Now I had mentioned when I picked up the car new that there was something that looked like a clear run around this spot and I was told it was something from the extra coating they put on and not to worry about it. So I forgot it until I see this spot. I mention it at the service (16k which is basically an oil change) and I’m told it’s a chip and they will not cover it. I travel 25-30k every year and I’ve never had a paint defect like this on any of my cars. For it to be a chip from a stone, you would expect you would hear something like this hitting the car, especially on a door. Also for the direction of what they say is a chip, the stone would have to be heading downwards or backwards and upward, which of course makes no sense, but they say it’s not their problem. At this point I had been waiting an hour and fourty minutes for this glorified oil change so I paid my bill and left. I am left unimpressed with Toyota and will be servicing my car in Kitchener in the future.

Sales was very helpful but their pre owned selection was not very good for our needs.
