Without a doubt, working with Moynes Ford has been the best experience while purchasing a car. From my experience, working with car dealerships can be cumbersome and, sometimes, feels like a drag. Moynes Ford has exceptional customer service. They ensure they addressed all my questions/concerns, ensured that I was satisfied with my purchase and went above and beyond to resolve certain unforeseen circumstances. In my honest opinion, when a team makes you a priority, you feel confident in your decision you're making. When going to Moynes Ford, expect to be treated with respect, understanding and quality. No pushy sales reps and no upsell; they listen and work hard to meet your expectations. From a Service point of view, also an exceptional team. They take your car seriously, as the sales team does, and extend the Customer Satisfaction through your whole journey of owning a Ford. That's very rare. I purchased a Ford Escape from Moynes Ford and I have to thank them for ensuring that all needs were met with this vehicle. I haven't been happier when purchasing a vehicle, nor have I ever been happier driving a car. Excellent fuel efficiency; excellent gas mileage and a lot of value for the money spent. Friendly and courteous staff did a great job on my Lincoln. Also did a great job on my wife's Ranger and were amazing fixing up a little problem my son had recently. I highly recommend this business as they were competitive, thorough and very professional!
