I am absolutely upset , unhappy with how service dept. Told me rental vehicle was on me and bill was my own. When I called them before getting rental vehicle they were all great and good about getting rental from hertz/enterprise and bill them once they fix my car. Well, a week later when the car is fixed and on pick up Manager told me straight "Bill has your name on it so it's your bill". Well, you guys should have told me on call when I asked to either rent from Hertz or use my second car for time being.

We had a very positive experience purchasing our new 2018 Hyundai Tuscon from Southcoast Hyundai. Mark and Shawn were professional, no high-pressure sales tactics, told us what we wanted to know, listened to our needs and guided us to the right choice for our family. A highly recommend buying a Hyundai from Southcoast, you won't regret your decision.

It was a service #2 on my car and it was done in the time advised. I had asked for a valve cap to be installed which they took care of. They asked if I wanted it washed but it was quite clean already, so I declined. While waiting I looked at the new cars and chatted with the salespeople who were quite friendly and asked if I wanted a coffee. Nice people.

If they can't fix 2016 Hybrid, how they gunna sell 2018 Ioniq/hybrid? They told me to find other dealership which expertise/big for hybrids. Also ripped me off by saying rent a car and we will pay on pick up and it was absolutely unfair when they told me it's my bill. Like seriously? Then why didn't they tell me on phone? They didn't have courtesy vehicle so asked me to rent one and they will pay the bill.why would you say it's covered?

Better make sure you rent your own car if you are having your vehicle serviced through them
