If you are in the market for a Toyota, I would highly recommend that you see Nick Addison at Burlington Toyota. I knew exactly what I wanted and he did not try to sway me otherwise or get me to spend money on things I did not want or need. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the product and very accommodating when it comes to multiple test drives (sorry) and questions. Thanks again Nick and I'm loving the Tacoma.

I had to go in unexpectedly as my car wouldn't start. I met with Matt in service and he was absolutely fantastic. I explained the situation and they checked the vehicle out. It started first turn of the key for them, but he did a diagnostic to make sure there was nothing wrong. In addition, they updated the software that was recalled and sent me on my way. No charge, quick and professional. Can't say enough how great Matt was. **UPDATE - I recently bought a new truck from Burlington Toyota and was really happy with the service I received from Nick Addison. He was friendly, informative, easy to communicate with and kept me in the loop during the whole process. I would highly recommend going to see Nick if you are in the market for a car.

Had a top notch experience buying my new Tundra. Sion was extremely knowledgeable and very patient as he outlined my choices. Hafiz was also very hospitable and made the transaction quite smooth. Thanks Guys! Keep up the great work.

Good service. Except.... Was there for new brakes, etc. Spent over $1200 and they charged me $3 and change to replace a tail light. I have been going there for 8 years... Can't catch a break anywhere anymore....

If you are looking for exceptional service call for Nick Addison in the sales department. While he is young, enthusiastic and personable, he's not your typical pushy salesperson. It was a delight to work with him and I'm so enjoying my new car. As a senior woman I also appreciate that Burlington Toyota has an exceptional service department. In 8 years I've never been upsold. In fact recently another local tire company told me I needed new front rotors and when I went to Toyota to have the work done I was told my rotors were just fine. I know I'm in good hands here.
