Great dealership. Purchased 2 vehicles here and very happy with the quality and sales staff service. I have also had all of my private and corporate vehicles serviced and maintenance done at Terrace Ford Lincoln. There has only been 2 issues over the last 17 years with a vehicle or service. I think that that is a pretty good track record.

There is a better choice in town. I dealt with Sales, Service, Parts and the Body Shop and mostly had a negative experience (except Parts). My e-mail inquiries to Sales were answered late with very little detail/substance. Internet pricing did not work - the person who answered the request for quote did not even bother to provide it - just was trying to lure me into the showroom. It is year 2018 and such tactics do not work anymore. My dealings with Service were not ideal either: had to call multiple times to find out the status of the repair and the vehicle spent an extra day in the shop because the Service Adviser was not organized enough to obtain an authorization promptly from the warranty company to get the repair done. When I responded to Ford Canada's survey with the fair score (mediocre: not excellent but not poor either) the adviser had a nerve to call me later telling me off how my response to Ford's survey was getting him into trouble with his manager. Unbelievable! My limited dealings with Body Shop were also below expectations as the person who was supposed to obtain an authorization from the third party to do the work somehow lost it and asked me to go back and obtain the authorization again. Not impressive. The only positive experience I had was with the Parts department: the items we requested were either in stock or our back orders were fulfilled as promised.

Great service got the truck of my dreams. Highly recommend them. Met the owner great man. If you are buying a new car ask for Dennis! He is amazing and straight up with you which I love.

Spent $100 to have my winter tire set swapped on and a "The Works" service on my ST. Car was ready after three and a half hours, and returned with a deep, inch-long scratch through the side skirt of my car. I took the car back the next day, pictures were taken, and I was promised that they would follow up after the weekend about the damage. I haven't heard back from them since. I was also quoted $1,200 for brake pads, rotors and service. 3 other Ford dealers quoted me for the same job at $930. If you care about the way your car looks, or don't like being gouged for service, I would recommend going to Discovery Ford on Brant street.

The customer service aspect of my visit was lacking badly. I scheduled an appointment for 1 of 3 recalls on my F150. It was booked 1 week in advance and the night before i was called and asked to re-schedule to the following week (which was fine). I received a call the night before my appointment to inform me of said appointment to be there for 9am. I arrive at 9am to be told the parts for my vehicle are not in stock and that I would have to come back the following day (Which should have been organized prior to calling me the night before my appointment) I bring it in at 9am the following morning and drive by the dealership at 3pm to see my truck still in the same spot i parked it that morning. I receive a call that afternoon telling me that my vehicle would have to stay overnight and i would get it the following day. I was provided with a rental vehicle which was set up by the dealership in the wrong name, but was later sorted out by myself and enterprise. I bring back the rental to the dealership and am told my truck is parked out front to the right and was just washed. I walk out of the dealership and my truck was parked to the left and completely dirty. Just seems to be a bit disorganized.
