Fourth time trying to buy a vehicle and am disappointed once again. Non existent communication and empty promises. Maybe its also a sign to stay away from this last vehicle. Be vigilant.

I have bought 2 vehicles from the beamsville dealership back in February and the other in August and I am very pleased with the service I received both times. When I picked up both vehicles they were super clean like they just rolled off the show room floor and so far no problems both vehicles are running amazingly will continue to do business with brackland in the future.

Sold me nothing but problems

I bought a car here and it was a huge mistake. I picked up the car and the engine light was on. This was not on before. When I called I was told it was because someone just had put some gas in it (less than 1/4 tank) I got gas and made sure the cap was on corewctly. I drove it for 2 days and the light was still on. I called and I brought the car in to have the mechanic look it over. They found the issue, an exhaust leak. They said they would order the part and have it fixed for me. 3 month and I called every week and was told either "the parts not in yet" or "we cant find the part at the junk yard" or "we will have it done as soon as possible." Yet the car never got fixed. It's awful. Letting someone drive off the lot with an exhaust leak. They stopped returning my calls and it never got fixed. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. They are not trustworthy or honorable people at all!
