Visit Evan or Ramez at Queenston Automotive if you want to be taken care of by honest, fair, professional and courteous auto dealers. I've been buying cars for 35 years and these guys are top of the line. They are very good at what they do and will make sure you are looked after. No BS - just excellent service and quality cars.

Terrible used car dealership experience from the sales to management. I purchased a vehicle that was not listed on Auto trader as 'as is' too the day of delivery I noticed in fine print that it was and then noticed that it was in an accident previously 'cosmetic damages which the sales person did not disclose and I forgot to ask for the carfax and he had the ordasity to say that he told me about the accident and he told my friend who was with me at the time, both my friend and I did not know about the accident, It's a typical sales scam . Also the sales person was not transparent with relaying the information that was given by management instead he put the blame on the finance depart. They took my deposit as a payment for various fees and licensing, I would have liked to know what to expect and not get hit with surprises. Lucky I actually like the vehicle and it runs smoothly but would I deal with this dealership again? I don't think so.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Ramez went above what was needed to get us into our new car Thank you all

Extremely disappointed with my service. What started out as the need for a simple emissions test for a new car turned into several hours and hundred of dollars wasted. Staff is largely uninformed and incompetent. Spent over $500 to have turbo fixed, only to be told that wasn't the problem and recommended another $2000 in repairs. Complete joke, bunch of criminals running this place. You're best off paying the extra money and going to the dealer to have your car serviced, at least they have standards.

I would highly recommend Queenston Automotive. The sales and service teams are both top notch.
