Never met a sales manager that will RIP off the paper in front of a customer. Who does he think he is!? So, I guess they only want people to accept their offer only.

Don’t buy cars here, not only do they hire a wife beater currently facing conviction, but they weren’t even able to register him with OMVIC because of the charge. So basically he isn’t even able to legally sell cars in the province. This dealership has a reputation of being shady, ripping people off, not paying employees properly and now hiring loose cannon whack jobs who break the law everyday by trying to sell cars. The OMVIC website is open to the public to search a dealer or a specific salesperson. At least now, the guys looking for Tyler Markham know where to find him. 😂

David knows his stuff. Other dealerships gave me wrong answers about their vehicles to try to make the sale. David was very knowledgeable and honest with the details.

I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life! The saleswoman was ignorant. She literally told me there was zero room for negotiation and if I didn't like it "there's the door"?!! I swiftly went down the road to buy from a competing dealership. Even though Mistubishi had the right-fit vehicle and we've owned a Mitsubishi before that we loved, I will never do business with this company again based on this experience.

We came in from Burlington. After an hour and a half waiting - and taking time off work - the service manager informs us that they ordered the wrong part - duh? My wife's 2018 PHEV is not kicking into EV mode and we've only had it 6 months. And forget about using their app - doesn't work, unbelievable. I email the GM to get an answer - ignored. What a joke Mitsubishi is, so amateur. Stick with the big guys like Mohawk Ford - real dealerships, better technology, solid cars, better service.
