Most amazing car buying experience we've ever had. Ramy was our salesman and he was absolutely amazing. No pressure, just sound information, not inflated or exaggerated. Honest, calm and very good at explaining all of the relevant information. Can't say enough. Go see him. Will definitely go see him next time we need a car.

I have recently had a bad experience with these guys (Rami I believe) that caused me to want warn others about buying a car here. I come from a smaller city where cars are expensive so I shop online in larger city centres and then fly up to buy the car. I found a car at Luna and sent a text message asking if it came with winter tires. The reply I got was “if it did I would have put that in the advert”. Hmmm, kind of snippy for the first response to a potential customer. I next asked if it was a fixed price or was there room to negotiate. He replied that he wanted to “get to know me first” before we talked price. I explained that I had picked out several of the same type of cars at different dealerships and was just trying to get an idea of how firm his price was, not interested in “getting to know him”. He replied rather rudely with “dude, I’m not trying to take you on a date. Take me off your list, I don’t need your business”. I was sort of shocked. He seemed like the classic sleazy salesman that wants to talk your ear off about how good of a deal you’re getting while you’re being ripped off. Definitely not customer service oriented. I asked simple questions and was met with a rude, pushy salesman. Watch out guys. Edit: I see the owner has responded. The encounter was just as I said and I only inquired about one car. My phone number is not “unreachable” but rather simply from another province (the next province over). I posted the screenshots of our whole conversation after the owner posted his sarcastic reply, just click “photos of Luna auto” to see our entire encounter, unless he has them taken down for making him look poorly. I’m telling you guys, this dealer acts like a snake oil salesman, they won’t even answer the most basic questions without “getting to know you” first. What kind of a business does that?!? Edit #2: I ended up buying an identical car (same year, mileage and colour) two weeks later for much less money at a dealership in Kitchener called Canada Cars. They were awesome and I highly recommend them.

Luna Auto Sales was recommended to me when I needed a new car. I didn't know what to expect upon arriving. I was met by Remy. His calm nature put me at ease immediately. I looked at some different cars on his lot. ALL cars were so reasonably priced, And with Low kilometers. Remy listened to what I was looking for .. never pushy.. He went over and above once I found my car. He did everything in a very timely manner AND led me in the right direction for new winter tires . I will definitely recommend . Life made simple at Luna Auto Sales Thanks Remy !! P.s my new car came to me clean inside and out . Immaculate!
