We purchased a used car and had an amazing overall experience. We highly recommend this place for those planning to purchase a car. Also I would greatly recommend OMAR, one of the sales agent, he was accommodating, made sure he listened to what we need and provided us with good ideas and facts with regards to buying a car, for financing ADAM did an excellent job in finding us a good rate with respect to our credit. Thank you team

First dealership I ever felt comfortable buying cars. Very satisfied with all the staff and sales team and I appreciate their honesty in business.

Wonderful sales staff, manager and service people. Got a great deal on my car and Tony took great care of me.

I see a used car on their website and inquire about it. The next day I get a phone call asking to come in so I make an appointment with them. The day before the appointment I get an email reminder. Great! I drive through rain for an hour the next day to get there only for their sales rep telling me that it was sold earlier in the day. Didn't even have the courtesy of calling me to cancel the appointment. They tell me that they have other cars I can look at. I don't want another car, I don't care that the car was sold either. Just don't be a **** about it... have some common courtesy of letting your potential customers know, instead of wasting 2hrs of my time. Would not recommend and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this dealership if they can't treat their customers right.

Certainly not the best stealership I've worked with but not the worst. You'll have to hound them constantly for information and the service department is not what I expected from Toyota. The used vehicle portion is ran by a guy that would rather do anything else but talk to a customer. Take your chances but I'd recommend none of the Toyota dealers in Hamilton. Shame...they build fantastic vehicles.
