FANTASTIC! Professional, courteous, friendly, absolutely fantastic to deal with.. the list goes on! This is the only mechanic I will take my cars to! I called on the Friday before the long weekend to see if I could get my tires changed and they squeezed me in (because they are so nice!). I also asked if they could take a look at a crack I had in the bumper and although they do not do body work, they went and bought some epoxy to fix it for me. Both Brian, and another mechanic I spoke with were absolutely lovely to deal with and I will recommend this place to everyone who needs a mechanic.

I went to start the car in my garage and it was dead. Every electrical component was shut down. I could not even move the shifter into neutral and as a result could not move the car out so that it could be boosted. I went to Brian's Auto where the team indicated a battery failure. They immediately drove me home and confirmed the diagnosis in my garage. The battery had shorted everything out and could no be energized. No problem. Brian went back to the shop and picked up a battery, returned and installed the battery. Problem solved. Total lost time 30 minutes. I must confess that I live about 5 blocks away and have been a loyal customer for the last 17 years. He is my car doctor and as a result no one else has been allowed to work on my vehicles. We have built a trust that is comforting in today"s service industry. Although I don't like to spend the money, I will yield to the experts in the shop. If you have spent any time in the shop it is spotless, with state of the art equipment and a great team. Most shops your car disappears behind a wall and you wait in anticipation until your car is returned. As long as you don't get in the way you can watch your car being repaired with an explanation from one of the doctors in the shop. I have always been treated with respect and with the exception of spending money, enjoy going to get my car serviced. I know the car will be repaired properly and not be gouged. I know it is not normal and or expected but my car doctors make house calls. BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP AROUND. Peter Majerly
