Totally disgusted.... I would like to warn everyone against this .place. After waiting 2 weeks for a tire change on warranty they wanted to charge us 93.00. Then to add insult to injury the gas tank was left empty and over 600km were put on the bike. When we went to the gas station the cap was off the tank but in the locked compartment. They should be paying us for renting the bike and riding it for 2 weeks. Really 2 weeks to repair a tire??. Find any place else please don't waste your riding weeks waiting to get screwed over by this place. This after waiting almost as long for doing the original tire change and on the last day of my patience I waited at the shop for 7 hours while the service guy was pounding on the axel without lining up the bushings just trying to make it fit no matter how much damage he was doing. We let that one go as everyone has to learn. Well it was out turn to learn the hard way. Don't make the same mistake.

They aren't very interested in selling motorcycles. The same bikes have been sitting in the showroom since they've opened. The woman at the front counter us a real piece of work too. It's too bad because the mechanics are great.

Worst place to buy a motorcycle in northern Ontario, they don’t even deserve 1 star. They will rip you off any chance they get. Customer service is terrible, the owner Mike is a complete joke and a true slimeball (he’s worse than that but I’ll keep this pg) I’ve had too many bad experiences this year with them to write out, but here’s a few examples. When I got my motorcycle they missed a lot on the PDI (pre delivery inspection) and the bike was not safe to ride, fork seal leaking, (they repaired it with a faulty seal that had to be replaced a 2nd time) rear fender guard fell off (missing pieces) which almost caused an accident, electrical problem, and to top it all off they didn’t even put gas in the bike and I was stranded on the highway. I went back the next day to get money for gas, found out they charged me $40 for gas but never put it in. What motorcycle on this planet even takes $40 worth of gas!? Oh and they don’t know how to do trade ins properly or inform what the actual cost would be, found out they are charging me thousands of dollars more for a bike I thought was paid. If you want to get ripped off, asm will happily make that happen for you. A True Stealership
